We have a 30 day return policy, which means orders can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment. After you have made contact with our returns department, there is a 14 day window for the return to ship and arrive at our warehouse.
Customer is responsible for ALL shipping fees as well as a 15% restocking fee.
If the order has not left the warehouse, but the customer returns a refund and has already paid via credit/debit, all credit/debit fees will be held from the customer's refund. This is only for orders over $500.
Exchanges may be made, however the customer is responsible for return shipping and exchange shipping.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and unused, with labels and tags, and in its original packaging.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
Any unopened, unused, and unaltered product is eligible to be returned before 30 days from the purchase date. Customer is responsible for all return shipping (costs and actions) as well as a 15% or minimum of $15 restocking fee. A refund will be issued minus the restocking fee once the return has been received and checked back in stock at our main warehouse. We will not accept any open, partial, or damaged products. All returns are at the discretion of Restorative Wood Products, LLC management. If returned prior to shipment, credit card fees may be charged from refund value. If returned prior to shipment, credit card fees may be charged from refund value.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, with labels and tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
